I highly recommend Dr. Troy and all the staff at Newmyer Family Chiropractic. They really do take care of the entire family. We are new to McKinney and could not be any happier to have discovered them right down the street from us. I've had other Chiropractors before but none as gentle and as thorough as Dr. Troy.

You know that saying you don’t know what you got til it’s gone ? Well we felt that when we moved from Texas this past September, when we were no longer able to see Troy Newmyer! Best Chiropractor!!! I became a patient of Dr. Troy in November unexpectedly after my husband talked me into going with him. My first visit was like no other chiropractic experience I’ve ever had. It was truly amazing! Shawna was very welcoming and fit me in right after my husband’s appointment. Troy knew I was in a horrific head-on collision 7 years ago and suffered substantial leg and knee injuries which has led to chronic pain and inflammation as well as plans for a future knee replacement. He sat down with me to discuss my injuries and how I was feeling that day. He promised me he could help alleviate my pain and improve my overall wellness. I felt a HUGE difference all over just after ONE adjustment! The  knee adjustment Troy does has been life changing!!! I have heard so many great things about this office and I finally scheduled an appointment. I have never been to a chiropractor for preventative care so I wasn't sure what to expect. Dr. Troy is so incredibly knowledgeable. He is great with walking you through the adjustment and explaining the purpose of each adjustment. My whole family goes to Newmyer Chiropractic. Troy is great with the kids. He makes them feel super comfortable and relaxed. He has helped me tremendously with shoulder pain. Dr. Newmyer is one exceptional Doctor of Chiropractic. It was a huge blessing that I was referred to Troy. I have been suffering from chronic migraine headaches. Dr. Newmyer is the best chiropractor in McKinney. He helped me heal a condition I had for over 3 years called Meralgia paresthetica. I  had tried several home remedies and finally went to my doctor who referred me to a chiropractor which did nothing. We were incredibly fortunate and blessed to cross paths with this doctor of chiropractic (D.C.) who genuinely cares about his patients.  From the first visit we recognized results. Now Dr. Newmyer, address him as “Troy,” will advise you that with all things it takes time, but in our case, our son, began seeing improvements right away. The best part, he LOVES and looks forward to seeing Troy with great anticipation!  Now to be fair, every person is different so just because we are seeing differences immediately, please do not expect the same results in your case. Troy does not boast, but will share stories of success should you like to hear them. His office is always in tip top shape and Shawna, Troy’s office manager, is an absolute treasure and such a friendly and welcoming face of the practice. I've been to plenty of chiropractors before in my life, but I've never had an experience like I did at Newmyer's. I have never been able to be adjusted as much or as easily as I was by Dr. Newmyer. For the first time I actually felt like my entire spine had been treated.
